Training & Support 

Initial Induction Training Program 

The initial franchise fee includes the delivery of the Induction Training Program for you and/or key staff.

PACK & SEND’s Induction Training Program includes:

  • Two weeks of initial training, including one week at the Sydney corporate office that covers all areas of running the franchise business ranging from:
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Business Development & Sales
    • Proprietary Technology
    • Basics of the Freight Industry
    • Domestic & International Freight
    • Local Area Marketing
    • Freight Supplier Inductions
    • Packaging Techniques
  • One week practical training in a Service Centre
  • One week on-site assistance and training in your Service Centre location during the opening period.
