i sent pack and send an email request on a package from the north shore to nelson. they collected the item and then put more packing around it. sent it in lightning speed to arrive safely.will only deal with pack and send again.cheers, steve

It's true you get what you pay for. Pack & Send is a little more expensive than other carriers, but very well worth it. I've sent some very fragile, valuable and HEAVY things around the place with these guys. Always the best packaging and handling, and incredibly fast.

i dealt withTrevor at the Hamilton depot. he was very friendly and informative. he arranged for the packing and delivery of an outboard motor that was dropped off to him in Hamilton and delivered to me in Hawera.Wow.... speedy delivery organised Wednesday delivered Thursday. we were over the moon. we were very impressed with how well the outboard was packed. To Lindsay & Emily @ Pack & Send Dunedin.I have been living in China for some time now but still buy the odd thing from New Zealand and have it sent over. Last time I used another NZ wide postal service and the 10 day delivery ended up taking 3 months to arrive (with no tracking!). This time I remembered using Pack & Send from my days in Dunedin so emailed them to see if they could help. I am so glad I did.The service was exemplary and hassle free. I didn't have to worry about anything, Lindsay and Emily took care of all of it for me. And my package arrived, at my door in China, 3 days later!!!.Never have I experienced such wonderful, friendly and efficient service. Well done guys, you are the absolute best!

Blown away at these guys' packaging. I had a very fragile and large item sent last week.. it did take a bit longer to arrive than anticipated but when I saw how well it was wrapped I could see why. A foam padded box, bubblewrap, cardboard and cable ties. These guys sure know how to package stuff properly. AAA+++

These guys Mark and Andrew couldn't have tried any harder to help me and they undercut NZ Post hugely.They will be getting all of my repeat business in the future.And to top it all off they tell me that my package will be delivered in less than a week. I would like to publicly thank, and recommend Richard from Tauranga Pack and Send. I required an urgent shipment of furniture and personal effects from Whakatane to Sydney in a very short time-frame and Richard could not have been more accommodating or willing! He uplifted within a couple of days and when I went to his office in Tauranga the day after uplifting to complete all the paperwork, he had packaged all items so thoroughly and carefully. He also helped me complete the customs paperwork very efficiently and within about 20 minutes we were all done! He kept me informed of progress and I received my shipment at my home in Sydney exactly one week later! Richard is professional, efficient and he cares about what he does.
