– the acceptance of almost all types of goods

You cannot book pickups from Grays Online, Auction houses, airports or any location where a pickup letter of authority is required, through the Online Self-Service.

Yes – PACK & SEND Service Centres can arrange pickups from Grays Online, auctions houses, airports or places requiring a pickup letter of authority.

Lithium Ion or Metal batteries (or goods containing these batteries) cannot be sent through the Online Self-Service.

Yes – PACK & SEND Service Centres can send Lithium Ion or metal batteries (or goods containing these batteries). Some restrictions may apply depending on the type and number of batteries being sent and the mode of freight by which the goods are travelling. NOTE: Lithium batteries cannot be sent on their own.

Fridges, Microwaves, freezers, oven cooking plates, water heaters, air conditioners, clothes dryers, dining tables, lounges, chairs & any other whitegoods or furniture* cannot be sent through the Online Self-Service.

Yes – PACK & SEND Service Centres can send fridges, microwaves, freezers, oven cooking plates, water heaters, air conditioners, clothes dryers, dining tables, lounges, chairs & any other whitegoods or furniture.

Inks/Toner

Inks and toner cartridges cannot be sent through the Online Self-Service.

Yes – PACK & SEND Service Centres can send Inks and toner cartridges. NOTE: Some restrictions do apply.

Diamond Rings

Jewellery, gold or silver articles, precious stones, cash, coins, bullion, bonds, banknotes, deeds, bills of exchange, credit cards, gift cards and other documents representing money cannot be sent through the Online Self-Service.

No – PACK & SEND does not carry, nor perform other services regarding, goods which are in our sole opinion are dangerous or hazardous goods. PACK & SEND may at its discretion accept some dangerous goods for carriage (such as Lithium Batteries with some restrictions applicable).

No – New Zealand PACK & SEND Service Centres can’t send Livestock and animals but can arrange to send plants, trees, seeds & flowers on a case by case basis. Restrictions will apply. .

Yes – PACK & SEND Service Centres can send motor bikes, scooters, gearboxes and other motorised vehicles.
Note: Some restrictions do apply for certain carriers. Motors containing any quantity of oil cannot be sent.

Unaccompanied Personal Effects (UPEs) cannot be sent through the Online Self-Service when shipping internationally.
UPEs include your household and personal items that you are sending that arrive separately to you.
Typically, UPEs include clothing and footwear, personal hygiene and grooming items, furniture, appliances, sporting equipment and books.

Yes – PACK & SEND Service Centres can send unaccompanied personal effects. Some restrictions do apply based on sanctions imposed by the government in the destination country.
