Thank you for such fantastic service! From enquiry through to delivery I received first class communication and help. I was sending a large box of belongings from NZ to the UK and Pack and Send couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Trevor helped me package my box for delivery and was very informative throughout the procedure. My box arrived in the UK in great condition and in a very quick time. I have been living in China for some time now but still buy the odd thing from New Zealand and have it sent over. Last time I used another NZ wide postal service and the 10 day delivery ended up taking 3 months to arrive (with no tracking!). This time I remembered using Pack & Send from my days in Dunedin so emailed them to see if they could help. I am so glad I did.
The service was exemplary and hassle free. I didn't have to worry about anything, Lindsay and Emily took care of all of it for me. And my package arrived, at my door in China, 3 days later!!!.
Never have I experienced such wonderful, friendly and efficient service. Well done guys, you are the absolute best!

We used the Hamilton branch to send our parcel to Sydney Australia, the manager Trevor was awesome and we were very happy with the service, it arrived in OZ before we got back, but just a phone call to have it re-delivered the following day, love your service and would recommend it to all the family, thanks.

There I was sitting at home late this afternoon, when my phone rang and it was a courier (a very friendly lady), to say that she was close by and about to deliver the Chair and Footstool! It was such a lovely surprise, as I didn't expect delivery of it quite so soon.
Jeremy, they both look fantastic in their designated room, and I especially have you to thank for the professionally wrapped, and speedy delivery, and I'm ever so grateful to you and your team at the Takapuna Branch, for making the whole process so easy and painless for me.

Mark was wonderful as I explained I needed to send my treasured family items from Christchurch to my transplanted home in California. Blown away at these guys' packaging. I had a very fragile and large item sent last week.. it did take a bit longer to arrive than anticipated but when I saw how well it was wrapped I could see why. A foam padded box, bubblewrap, cardboard and cable ties. These guys sure know how to package stuff properly. AAA+++

Wow talk about service with a smile.
These guys Mark and Andrew couldn't have tried any harder to help me and they undercut NZ Post hugely.
They will be getting all of my repeat business in the future.
And to top it all off they tell me that my package will be delivered in less than a week. In the past it has taken up to three weeks for a smaller parcel go go to the same address.
Hats off to you Mark and your super cool staff.

I would like to publicly thank, and recommend Richard from Tauranga Pack and Send. I required an urgent shipment of furniture and personal effects from Whakatane to Sydney in a very short time-frame and Richard could not have been more accommodating or willing! He uplifted within a couple of days and when I went to his office in Tauranga the day after uplifting to complete all the paperwork, he had packaged all items so thoroughly and carefully. He also helped me complete the customs paperwork very efficiently and within about 20 minutes we were all done! He kept me informed of progress and I received my shipment at my home in Sydney exactly one week later! Richard is professional, efficient and he cares about what he does.
