Emailed at night and had a prompt response first thing in the morning. Absolutely polite, courteous and knowledgeable service, my box was picked up within a couple of hours and delivery to Auckland address confirmed by email the next day. We used Pack and Send Tauranga to send all our belongings when we moved back to the UK. Richard was friendly, helpful and provided a really professional service. 37 boxes in total made their way to us in perfect condition within the estimated time given. WOW. I accidentally brought a car ignition key back from Gold Coast on Sunday right in the middle of the madness. Self isolating but rang P & S Takapuna and they came around (3 metres away from the doorstep) and they got it there in less that TWO (thats 2) days. Just WOW.

I was glad that I used Pack & Send New Zealand, Manuka City Branch to send a box fromAuckland to Melbourne. Rita, the customer service was friendly & helpful. My box got picked upIn the morning on a Friday & despatched to Melbourne in the afternoon same day. There is a reasonable pick up charges. Most important is the package has arrived safely in Melbourne on Monday. I was very impressedby the efficiency of the freight service. I will have no doubt to use them again👍

Exceptional service. I purchased a windsurfer on Trademe (a large and fragile item). Pack & Send met the seller, packaged it and ensured safe delivery to my house. All in all delivered in under 3 working days from sellers house in AK to my door Wellington. Jeremy and Sean (and the team) were friendly, professional and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

It's true you get what you pay for. Pack & Send is a little more expensive than other carriers, but very well worth it. I've sent some very fragile, valuable and HEAVY things around the place with these guys. Always the best packaging and handling, and incredibly fast.

Last time I used another NZ wide postal service and the 10 day delivery ended up taking 3 months to arrive (with no tracking!). This time I remembered using Pack & Send from my days in Dunedin so emailed them to see if they could help. I am so glad I did.The service was exemplary and hassle free. I didn't have to worry about anything, Lindsay and Emily took care of all of it for me. Blown away at these guys' packaging. I had a very fragile and large item sent last week.. it did take a bit longer to arrive than anticipated but when I saw how well it was wrapped I could see why. A foam padded box, bubblewrap, cardboard and cable ties. These guys sure know how to package stuff properly. AAA+++

I would like to publicly thank, and recommend Richard from Tauranga Pack and Send. I required an urgent shipment of furniture and personal effects from Whakatane to Sydney in a very short time-frame and Richard could not have been more accommodating or willing! He uplifted within a couple of days and when I went to his office in Tauranga the day after uplifting to complete all the paperwork, he had packaged all items so thoroughly and carefully. He also helped me complete the customs paperwork very efficiently and within about 20 minutes we were all done! He kept me informed of progress and I received my shipment at my home in Sydney exactly one week later! Richard is professional, efficient and he cares about what he does.
