A big thank you to Bruce and Ruth who helped me at the end of April 2022 with packing of two canvases that I was sending back to Melbourne.It was a pleasure dealing with both Bruce and Ruth who where very accomodating and helpful. This made the process less stressful for me getting these back here to Melbourne.The packages arrived without damage. It was a daunting thing for me to contemplate how one goes about sending a large and fragile painting 11.5 thousand km from Hawkes Bay to Seattle USA. Bruce and Ruth at Pack and Send Napier, came highly recommended as the answer to that problem. From their prompt and comprehensive quote while they were self isolating with covid, to their careful packaging of the painting the following week, to sending it off, they projected total helpfulness and professionalism.The painting arrived safely in Seattle within a week. Pack and Send are the go-to for sending big items, as well as sending something that either you or the person sending, for one reason or another, don't want to pack yourself. I dealt with Tim in Napier this time and just like the Christchurch branch his customer service is top notch. Tim offered me multiple options and suggested ways to get the price lower which is always one of the top priorities.Couldn't recommend them more.

Once again, I'm really impressed by the great speed that my parcel (the 3rd one) was delivered. It needed only 5 days (Thursday->Monday) to travel from NZ to Europe! Tim Johnston, the manager at Napier Branch was very friendly, but also highly professional and quick to response. I thoroughly enjoyed doing my business with him and won't hesitant to approach him again. Pack and Send were absolutely marvellous taking the headache and hassle out of sending my parcels overseas, helping with packaging, keeping a track of it and informing me all the way. I wouldn't dream of trying to do it myself in future, there is no saving to do it yourself, and they have all the know how and expertise. While on holiday in Hawkes Bay we found 2 small tables we wanted to purchase - the store didn't organise shipping and 2 carriers I phoned didn't respond so found Pack & Send!. They were fantastic, friendly, efficient and took the hassle out of it! They advised when parcel had left and it arrived in Christchurch within a few days. Would definitely recommend this option for sending items.

I needed to send a 23kg package to Australia. A moving company suggested Pack & Send. I contacted Tim and found him to be very helpful and accommodating, giving me good advice and taking me through the process of customs etc. The parcel arrived when he said it would and he advised me when the delivery had been completed. Napier pack n send went out of their way to get my items home. Using another freight company to get my furniture to their closest depot, they were still half the price of other major freight companies I had quotes from. I’ll use them again without a doubt.
I had a cello case dropped off at their shop and sent from Napier to me in Auckland and the service was perfect. The cost was excellent and they put a protective wrap on the case. The freight was fast, the person at Pack and Send was friendly and helpful . . . brilliant! Even though this was a large item, it was no problem for them at all.
We called in to the store on a Saturday with two large packed boxes and five pieces of art work of various sizes. Even though we were leaving NZ three days later Carlene could not have been more helpful, professional and empathetic in her dealings with us. Carlene explained in detail the process from drop off at the store to delivery at final destination. Our boxes and art works arrived three days after our return home. I am astounded at the absolute expertise in the way the art work was wrapped and packed! Every item in each of the large boxes and all art work arrived as it left. I cannot recommend Carlene, her team and Pack and Send Napier highly enough and would not hesitate to use their services again.
I used Pack & Send to transport a significant shipment of recorded works of art from New Zealand to the United States. This was my first time to ever import something in a bulk manner and Charley/Pack & Send could not have been more helpful. Items arrived in immaculate condition and packed exceptionally well. We were assisted wonderfully in every way possible - from helping us last minute to shipping our luggage, letting us repack everything (our entire car included) behind the store, to helping us ship our bag to America as cheaply as possible.
