I dealt with Emily from pack and send and she was super helpful! I tried a few other merchants that send stuff and they all seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. She went out of her way to help send a package from Christchurch to the north island.
Wow pack and send are awsome they picked up some gym equipment for me from Rolleston and packed it up safely, the cost was an awesome price which was about $270 dollars for the amount of gear the volume of the packaging abd picking up and packaging and sending to Rotorua I thought that was a excellent price, Nita Eade, was awsome to deal with and she made it very easy for I highly recommend pack and send.
Best Customer service and best delivery service too..I have been trying to get my packages from last 4 months from Christchurch to Auckland, and no one's s been responding properly, when I went to these guys, they organised everything, pick and packing and updates, and been in contact with me and updating every step, pick up and payments and delivery on 2nd day itself after the pick up 😱. I arranged with Riccarton Pack & Send to collect, and forward an item from Christchurch Airport Lost Property to me, mid afternoon yesterday.The item was delivered before 9am this morning.A big shout to Emily for her organisation.

Emily and the team were fantastic and guided me through the packing and shipping process with friendliness and efficiency. Pack & Send are awesome! I have used their services several times now to ship delicate and expensive equipment from Christchurch to Auckland and each time it has been a flawless experience. They communicate really well and are super helpful especially when you're dropping stuff off at the last minute to be shipped. They're my number 1 go to shipping company.
Beyond happy with the service provided, Martin was an absolute gem. Bit of a delay with finding someone who was willing to move our table and chairs (not pack and sends fault, no one was willing to move such a large load) but once someone agreed it was completed within a matter of days. This will be my "go to" business when sending artwork overseas from.now on.The Team (Blain, Michael, Marty Niki, to name a few) are very friendly professional, helpful, and willing to assist any way they can to get your precious item to its destination in good time.Their packing method is simple, but also simply sensible and a very protective strong option, and they usually have samples available to explain their reliable and Warrantied system.The egal side of export may be daunting for some, but is explained in easy to understand language by the staff. They were very prompt with information during the quoting phase and never tired of my constant queries. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

After a bad experience with another company (got conflicting advice from different depots), I used Pack and Send, and they were brilliant. They told us what the different options were, and gave us great advice on how to prepare the items for shipping. Great customer service. These guys really care.

I paid more than the competitors to have a mirror transported from Christchurch to Auckland - a purchase from Trade Me. I am glad I did - the mirror arrived in perfect condition and was so well wrapped it took me 30 minutes to unwrap it - I absolutely recommend Blane and his team at Riccarton Pack & Send to act as Guardians of precious items being transported - it was worth the extra and I relied on their excellent reviews to make my decision - paid off

We recently sent a gift of two framed prints to Australia, from the Riccarton Pack and Send in Christchurch. The team there were outstanding! From the whole process of dropping off and talking through postage options, to how they package them, the service was incredible. So great to deal with. Made getting what was seeming to be a difficult item, from Christchurch to Auckland absolutely stress free. Arrived safe and sound, well wrapped. Pricing was very good value. After spending about a week trying to get a boxed bicycle moved from Auckland to Christchurch these guys were a breath of fresh air: about half the price of their competitors and the item arrived in four days (six less than predicted) - and they picked up from the sender. Would definitely use them again.
In February 2020 I used Pack and Send to ship an antique light fitting from Christchurch to Putaruru ( South Waikato ). All the company staff were excellent with great communication , effort and care to ensure that my fragile antique light arrived safely. Furthermore the cost ($300 ) was very good compared to other company quotes that I received. I highly recommend Pack and Send to other folk.
These guys were super responsive from the moment I called to see if they could help me relocate my large Trademe purchase from Christchurch to Porirua. They collected from the buyer, made a box for it and packaged it securely for the journey. It was delivered the next day. Couldn't fault their service and would highly recommend.

The service received at Pack & Send Riccarton was extremely good. Drew and Blain were my main point of contacts and were humble, honest and helpful in their dealings. I used their service to send some luggage over to Melbourne and whatever was not sent (after the scans/checks etc.), they did got in touch and asked if I could collect it from the store. Though a little bit can be done in terms of the price as I believe it's a bit expensive but when compared to other services around, they were also as expensive, so cannot complain. I would recommend using their services for assured and safe delivery!

Great service all round. Good communication, product was deliver 2 days earlier than i expected and was in perfect condition. Absolutely thrilled with their packaging, service and communication! I had a heavy horse statue with rider sent from Riccarton to Hamilton. I was paranoid it would get chipped, the horse's legs broken or delicate pieces of mane or girl's hair broken. The bubble wrap along with custom moulded packaging ensured perfect delivery into my hands. Would I use Pack and Send again? You Bet!!!! Affordable and careful. This was a biggy for me, living in West Australia and wanting my treasured items in Christchurch sent to my elderly Dad in Tasmania for storage until I settle. I can't believe how easy it was. I couldn't fully complete the contents list as I hadn't seen my items for three years so Andrew and the team did it for me. It took only three days to arrive but my Dad wasn't home so a note was left for him to collect it. This I didn't want as he is 81, when he got to the depot the guy there took one look at him and 'said don't worry about a thing we'll drop it off for you', Dad tells me everything is very well packaged.
