How It Works

  1. Visit your nearest PACK & SEND store with your items – our team will help you choose the right box size.
  2. We supply the box – you can pack it yourself in-store or have our team professionally pack it for you.
    • Internal packing materials (bubble wrap, void fill, padding) are available for purchase.
    • Additional costs apply for packing materials and packing services.
  3. Send it off – we handle the paperwork, customs clearance, and tracking.

Terms & Conditions

  • Offer valid 1 November – 25 December 2025.
  • Gift delivery cut-off date: 10 December 2025 for delivery before Christmas.
  • Available in-store only at participating PACK & SEND New Zealand locations.
  • Applies to shipments to Australia using predefined box sizes:
    • Standard Box: 300 × 300 × 300 mm – up to 6 kg
    • Large / Crystal Carton: 403 × 301 × 330 mm – up to 10 kg
    • Extra-Large / Tea Chest: 431 × 406 × 596 mm – up to 24 kg
  • Boxes supplied by PACK & SEND. Customers may self-pack in-store or request professional packing.
  • Internal packing materials and labour are optional add-ons and charged separately.
  • Prices include the box and standard delivery only. Additional cover or services may incur extra costs.
  • PACK & SEND will select the carrier and service used.
  • Goods valued over AUD $1,000 may attract import duties and taxes in Australia.
  • Prohibited items include dangerous goods, perishables, liquids, weapons or replicas, cash, jewellery, or other restricted items.
  • PACK & SEND may amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
