Initially as a candidate and then as a PACK & SEND franchisee you will have a lot of contact with the team at PACK & SEND. Our team is an initmate group that has been instrumental in introducing the PACK & SEND concept to New Zealand and continues growing the brand into a household name.
Matthew Everest - Managing Director
As a successful entrepreneur and business owner within the health industry, Matthew identified the opportunity for PACK & SEND for the New Zealand market back in 2007. Following a rigorous due diligence process he opened the first PACK & SEND store in Christchurch in August 2008 with the assistance of Nathan Paul. Once the PACK & SEND system had been well tested through the company-owned store, the first franchised stores were opened in July 2009. Matthew continues to oversee the expansion of the PACK & SEND network as well as developing national marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness.
Nathan Paul - National Operations Manager
Nathan has been with PACK & SEND from day one and has been an integral figure in shaping PACK & SEND for New Zealand. Following on from successful sales and marketing positions within the corporate sector, Nathan provides operational support to all franchisees and continues to refine the PACK & SEND system.
Christine Christidis - Administration Manager
With a significant background in the banking sector as well as experience working alongside small business owners, Chris provides the accounting support to both the head office as well as franchisees. Chris collates the monthly group data and provides benchmark reports back to all franchisees.
Mathew Goodall - Business Analyst
As well as the current Store Manager for the company-owned store in Christchurch, Mathew provides analytical research support to head office and franchisees to ensure efficiencies are identified and opportunities are taken advantage of to maximise profitability.
