Our Recruitment Process
Like any good franchise system we have a standardised franchisee recruitment process that we follow to ensure that we get the best possible candidates joining our team at PACK & SEND.
Even with the significant advantages of franchising, we know that running a business is not for everyone. As you progress through our recruitment process we will ask you to “jump through some hoops” as well as offering as much information as we can to ensure that you are fully informed and comfortable when signing the Franchise Agreement. You will be advised of your selection (or non-selection) to the next stage of our recruitment process.
Once you have researched PACK & SEND online and are interested in speaking with our recruitment manager, completing the request more information form will progress you to the first stage of our franchisee recruitment process.
Stage 1
Helps us to get to know you better and gives us a better understanding of your situation
Stage 2
We provide you with an introduction to the PACK & SEND business model
Stage 3
We provide you with a detailed overview of the PACK & SEND business model, including the Franchise Legal Documentation
Stage 4
We arrange for you to visit with existing franchisees to experience how we operate and provide support to our network
Stage 5
Meet for a final assessment with the Senior Executive team. Subject to approval you will sign the Franchise Agreement
Stage 6
The initial 3 week Training program is scheduled and service centre fit out commences
