From late October each year our customers start thinking about sending Christmas gifts overseas, we have student’s moving flats, and people cleaning out their homes for the holidays and selling items on Trade Me. If you’re relocating for new employment, moving office locations or your business sales are going through the roof and you need some logistics support – we offer the full shabang!!

Christmas cut off dates

With peak season upon us and other delays due to disruptions in the industry right now, to be on the safe side we recommend:

For International Parcels our overseas sending cut-off date is December 7th (Tuesday)
For parcels off to Aussie – December 10th (Friday)
New Zealand Metro areas – December 13th (Monday)
Intra-Island deliveries  –  December 13th (Monday)
Inter-Island deliveries – December 10th (Friday) budget service and December 17th (premium service)
Residential Deliveries – December 13th (Monday). Please allow more time for RURAL areas.

You can drop gifts off to our multiple service centres across the country or send or import items via our Online self-service platform if you don’t feel like negotiating the traffic and want to book & pay via your bed!

Note that due to the unpredictability of our freight network around the globe right now, we suggest that you send as early as possible to avoid disappointed loved ones on Christmas day!

If you need a mountain bike, golf clubs or a surfboard shipped we are your go-to freight company, we specialise in sending tricky and oversized items to virtually any holiday location so you don’t have to lug everything around.

Please get organised in advance since our freight volumes are so high at this time of the year. We do realise that often life just gets in the way though so give your closest PACK & SEND a call and they’ll still do their best to sort your last minute seasonal sending!
