Wow talk about service with a smile. These guys Mark and Andrew couldn't have tried any harder to help me and they undercut NZ Post hugely. They will be getting all of my repeat business in the future. And to top it all off they tell me that my package will be delivered in less than a week. In the past it has taken up to three weeks for a smaller parcel go go to the same address. Hats off to you Mark and your super cool staff.

I would like to publicly thank, and recommend Richard from Tauranga Pack and Send. I required an urgent shipment of furniture and personal effects from Whakatane to Sydney in a very short time-frame and Richard could not have been more accommodating or willing! He uplifted within a couple of days and when I went to his office in Tauranga the day after uplifting to complete all the paperwork, he had packaged all items so thoroughly and carefully. He also helped me complete the customs paperwork very efficiently and within about 20 minutes we were all done! He kept me informed of progress and I received my shipment at my home in Sydney exactly one week later! Richard is professional, efficient and he cares about what he does.
